Some MARES members have asked if we could do a directory like we have in the past. Participation in the directory is not mandatory – you can opt not to have your information appear. For all members who give permission, the directory contains: name, address, phone (home, work and/or cell), email address, horse affiliations, horse name & breed. The directory is printed in alphabetic order by last name. We are looking for someone to type up the information in the format shown below and proof it. If you also want to lay it out in directory format and print it, that’s great. If not, we can lay it out and get it printed. What we really need is someone to come forward to volunteer their time to do the typing and proofing. It can be typed in any word processing program or even a basic text editor. M.A.R.E.S. Club Recognized
The national publication Horse & Rider's August 2007 issue contained an article "Riding Clubs that Rock." The MARES club was one of the clubs that was written up as one of the top eight equestrian clubs in the country.
